Our Sessions Will Be
Personalized
Through my personalized consultation, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—combining the practices of nutrition, psychology, exercise, mindfulness meditation, herbal remedies, and more. Before I became a therapist I was classically trained in culinary arts and nutrition in addition to business management. I will be utilizing these disciplines in co-creating a wellness plan for mind, body, and soul care
Targeted
We will begin by exploring your relationship with key elements of wellness and the narratives that shaped them. We are contextual people, and context speaks to the ecosystems that nourished and sustained us into who we have become. Taking the time to examine and understand the contexts that promote thriving and generativity alongside the ones that confine and diminish our well-being is the first step on this journey.

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more in addition to the following:
