My Way

At the core, I am

a cultural practitioner that approaches every endeavor from a relational standpoint. Nothing is created or made outside of relationships.

To understand relationships, we must be connected to the contexts and environments that foster their formation. Curious, empathetic, and even challenging discourse with creative action, allows for grounded and sustainable change.

I'm a healer who offers my lived experiences, education, and curiosity in service to others to help them achieve their goals. My areas of expertise involve being a Psychotherapist, Business Consultant, and classically trained Chef. If you’re in the trenches of launching a business, struggling with a history of trauma, stuck in your creative process, or working to establish a healthy lifestyle, I'm here to assist.

For many years, I struggled with the diversity of my own interests and passions. How could Psychotherapy, Business, Culinary Arts, Community Development, Hospitality, and Spiritual Direction fit together? Every discipline involves serving others into a state of being that evokes joy and pleasure. Mental wellness, relational intimacy, profitable - morally enjoyable work, and memorable food experiences, encompass a holistic attention to the wellness of humankind. My diverse interests fit together because they have a home in me; accepting this brought peace and perspective. My work as a clinician and consultant is to create a space where my clients can come home to themselves and move out into the world with integrity and strength founded in their true identity.

I'm passionate about travel, culture, poetry, and creating generative spaces where people can thrive and experience new heights of joy and delight. Biking, adventure, meditation, writing, gardening, dancing, and fitness, are some of the activities that bring me joy and keep me well in this work.

Dream It

While adversity can build character and resilience it can also hinder our ability to think creatively. Trauma and hardship can give us the blinders of survival, a protective function that serves us but only to a point. Helping clients dream again is key to being able to make changes and pursue a path that is life-giving.

Build It

Dreaming is just the beginning. Once we reconnect with our desires and visions, we can start gathering resources and strategizing about how to turn those dreams into reality. Overcoming imposter syndrome, self-sabotage, and burnout requires strategy, honesty, and community. Remember, you don't have to build alone.
